We have multiple full-time techs on-site to handle most repairs if needed (PSUs, Control Boards, etc.). Chip-level repairs are sent to a trusted third-party firm. We will also facilitate the warranty repair process.

We have on-site repairs and techs at all our sites 24/7, and software to keep track of their operating investments’ efficiency. Once an ASIC is down, we immediately isolate the unit from the setup and perform a diagnostic. Once the problem is diagnosed, our technician contacts the client and informs them of all available solutions. Once the client is briefed and a way forward is decided, we will expedite the process to ensure our client’s investments are back up running as soon as possible.
